Meet Our Founder

Amy Forsythe, MS, OTR/L

Amy Forsythe, pediatric OT

Welcome! I’m Amy Forsythe, MS, OTR/L, a pediatric occupational therapist and the founder of OT Time in Manasquan, NJ. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve worked in a wide range of pediatric settings, including public and private schools, outpatient clinics, and home care. My passion has always been helping children and families feel supported, heard, and empowered.

I opened OT Time to create a space where families receive exceptional, truly individualized care. Every child who walks through our doors is met with compassion, expertise, and a personalized plan designed to help them thrive. I believe in building strong relationships with families, maintaining open communication, and working closely together toward meaningful goals.

As both a therapist and a mom, I understand the trust parents place in us. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on celebrating every child’s progress. It’s a joy to help families feel confident, supported, and hopeful as their children grow.
